The JNC series Angle Punching,Marking and Shearing Machine is a complete Processor Profiles for punching ,marking and cutting Angle Profiles bars controlled by CNC and PC Programmable.The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Rack and Gear driving feeding by CNC carriage, high efficiency, and high precision; and it is wildly used in Steel Construction, Tower Industries. All the holes on the angle steel can be drilled in one pass, and the hole quality and position accuracy are high. It is a special machine for fully automated production.

Product Composition:
This machine consists mainly of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, a punching unit, a marking unit, a cutting unit, an unloading conveyor, along with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other components.

1. Integrated machine with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic elements;
2. There is a drilling power head on each of the two wings of the angle steel. Each power head has a tool magazine. The tool magazine is equipped with 4 tools. The tool magazine is optional. All holes on the two wings of the angle steel can be processed in one pass;
3. The drilling spindle adopts high-precision BT40 spindle;
4. The drilling spindle can be used to clamp twist drills or hard alloy drills, which has a wide range of applications;
5. The quasi-distance can be set arbitrarily, and the number of punching rows is not limited;
6. The marking unit adopts a closed bed structure, which has good rigidity. Four groups of selected programming on the upper marking box. The marking distance can be set at will;
